We are currently looking to expand our team with a highly energetic and charismatic Business Development Manager / Account Executive. You will be generating revenue through identifying leads and closing sales while fostering a positive working relationship with our list of highly esteemed clients.
Roles
- Seek and generate leads by identifying opportunities
- Follow up on sales request
- Meet prospective clients and gather a high level overview of their requirements
- Prepare proposals and close sales agreements including searching & writing of tenders
- Keep excellent client relations with both existing and new clients
- Update and keep track record of customer details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Meet & exceed very reasonable targets
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to
The ideal candidate should be/have
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-driven & motivated
- Confident, smart & organised
- Good market research skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Maltese
- IT literate
- Basic understanding of the web industry
- Driver’s license
- Past experience in sales / business development will be considered an asset
