A custom web portal aiming to increase transparency & information available, increase efficiency and to provide an added channel through which economic operators communicate with MITA

The MITA Procurement Portal was a government tender awarded to CasaSoft which provides visibility to all the tenders managed by MITA, both upcoming, active and awarded. This project complements Malta’s Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS). The project is integrated with Umbraco, a powerful open-source Content Management System (CMS), that enables MITA to manage all the website content and tenders in a very easy to use and efficient manner.

Tenders Outlook

Provides visibility on tenders which are soon to be issued by MITA categorised by sectors. This provides operators with the opportunity to prepare themselves for upcoming new tenders planned to be released.

Open Calls

Showcasing all the tenders which are currently active and open. All the important dates & deadlines are featured in the tender full page and users can also choose to subscribe to such deadlines. A calendar shows all these deadlines in chronological order.

Awarded Tenders

Tender results are also showcased on the portal. This gives full visibility on the award date and the contract value of the particular tender.
